Pro-Choice?
2002-11-08, 9:38 a.m.

As a supporter of the pro-choice majority, I'm sure you are very concerned about the November 5th election results. With the increase of anti-choice legislators in the Congress, reproductive rights are seriously threatened. However we still can make a difference. It's up to each of us to speak out on this issue and urge our lawmakers to support women's and reproductive rights.

Here's the good news! Planned Parenthood grassroots activists made the difference in key gubernatorial races in states from coast to coast, including Arizona, California, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

With the Senate losses, the battle for reproductive rights now shifts to our activists in the states. That's why it's more important than ever that you demand that your senator support a woman's right to choose. To take action now on this important issue visit the Planned Parenthood Action Center..

For more information and other ways to get involved visit Save Roe.

Let's make our voices heard in support of reproductive rights. Together we can make a difference.

Forward this message to your friends and family and encourage them to protect reproductive rights. Learn more about this issue at the Planned Parenthood Action Center.

"Let us rise up tonight with a greater readiness. Let us stand with a greater determination. And let us move on in these powerful days, these days of challenge to make America what it ought to be. We have an opportunity to make America a better nation." - Martin Luther King, Jr.
